Blue Green Stations of the Spirit

A Water-Earth Journey of Renewal
Water — Life-giving
Earth — Sustaining

Easter through Labor Day · Garden, backyard, or neighborhood

How to Use This Guide

These stations celebrate the Spirit's power to renew all things, following the natural rhythm from spring awakening through summer abundance. Find them in your meditation garden, backyard, or neighborhood during the seasons of growth.

They may be completed in a single walk or spread across weeks and months. Mark each station with a piece of blue-green ribbon.

Individual Use: Walk at your own pace, spending as much time as needed at each station. Allow the scripture and natural setting to speak.

Group Use: Different people may read the scripture, reflection, and prayers aloud. Allow time for shared reflection after each contemplative practice.

Seasonal Timing: Use from Easter through Labor Day, or whenever you seek spiritual renewal and growth.

You send forth your spirit.

"You send forth your spirit, they are created; and you renew the face of the ground."
